During this phase Marketing 360® will be gathering all assets and information pertaining to your business.

You should have the following items ready the date of your scheduled kickoff call to make sure we have everything to get started as soon as possible.

Expectations

During this phase your work with BigCommerce will be minimal. All we will need from you to get started with the build is your contract signed with BigCommerce so Marketing 360® has a store to apply your new theme to! This should be last item you complete in the Prep Phase Don't worry we will coordinate this with you.

BigCommerce Contract Signed once Data Feed has been generated by Data Provider.

Data Provider Expectations

This is where your Data Provider will work with you to ensure your data and product feed are good to go. If you are new to your Data Provider this will be when you confirm your showroom vendors and sort order with your Data Provider Representative. This data represents exactly how your products will display on the BigCommerce platform. It is crucial you set this up correctly now as there will only be one free initial data upload included with the package.

2. Project Start

Once all of the items with the appropriate parties in the prep phase are good to go. We will enter your project to the build phase.

3. Build Phase - 2-4 Weeks (Estimated)

Showroom Expectations

During this phase you will work with your Success Manager at Marketing 360® to determine which 3rd party applications you want to use on your new catalog.

Expectations

During this phase Marketing 360® will be working behind the scenes to build your BigCommerce theme. The final part of this phase will be getting the data from your Data Provider and running it through the MadScrubber.

 

During this phase your store is being setup by Marketing 360® and you will have little to no touch points with BigCommerce. Once the build is ready for initial review though your BigCommerce training will begin!

In this phase you will be going through general platform training. Remember, your Data Provider gets the data from the vendors and provides that data to Marketing 360® and BigCommerce, so its crucial even if you have been a customer of the Data Provider previously, that you go through the training to understand how the data works and how you can make adjustments.

4. Review Phase - 1-2 Weeks (Estimated)

Expectations

During this phase you will receive your Phase 1 BigCommerce training. Please make sure you are paying attention to this training as all items will need to be completed by you in order to launch the site.

During this phase Marketing 360® will review the initial site design and submit revisions to the theme design if needed.

5. Launch

Once your store is transactional and has been tested we will collect the necessary logins from you to coordinate the launch of the site

6. Post Launch

Expectations

With the site complete you're ready to market! You will begin work on your marketing campaigns and content with your dedicated Marketing Executive.

After launch, you will complete Phase 2 BigCommerce training. This training highlights tools available to you in the BigCommerce dashboard and shows you how to best utilize them.

With the site complete you will now be able to add additional 3rd party functionality.
