Issues with processing transactions during checkout.

Showrooms using Authorize.net have been reporting issues with processing transactions during checkout. (Chase is a reseller of Authorize.net) ****Resolved by BigCommerce on 6/11***

Products that were due to be updated on the 15th, 16th and 17th of June may have out-of-date.

Products that were due to be updated on the 15th, 16th and 17th of June may have out-of-date product data from the 14th. Mitigation code has been created and the Reupload

6/22/2021 – 10:00 AM – Mitigation code has been created and the Reupload of affected products has been started. Please allow up to 24- 48 hrs for the affected products to be fully updated on the BigCommerce Store.

9/1/2021 9:30AM MT – A code fix has been implemented and is being pushed to all showrooms and should start seeing the number of visible products rise immediately. Please allow up to 1 business day for all items affected to be visible again on the storefront.
