Website Prep Checklist
Please have the following items ready prior to our call to ensure this process moves as efficiently as possible.
Logo Files
typically in .ai, eps., .pdf, or .png other file types include .jpg and .jpeg but are not preferred
Branding Guidelines
HEX / CMYK values of your brand colors or fonts used in your company branding. If you don't have this and just a logo that's plenty for us to go off of!
Images To Be Used On Site
If you have particular images you would like us to use on the design please let us know and provide us your images. Otherwise we will use stock photography.
Big Commerce Owner Credentials Sent To Project Manager
The user credentials you set up for your store (Owner logins)
Identify Ecommerce Manager
Identify who in your organization will be responsible for the BigCommerce setup including shipping, payment and taxes. This person should have the bandwidth to complete these tasks and is typically involved in inventory management with your stores POS system. We HIGHLY recommend there is a person on staff handling this for the owner.
How Do You Want To Offer Free Shipping Online?
Decide if you are offering free shipping over $99 or do you have a different threshold or model.
Payment Processing
Note who is your current payment processor or if you need help getting Ecommerce payments set up.
