6/21/2021 – 11:00 AM We are currently investigating an issue affecting some showrooms. Products that were due to be updated on the 15th, 16th and 17th of June may have out-of-date product data from the 14th. This issue was in relation to security measures put in place by the data provider during a recent web attack.…
6/22/2021 – 10:00 AM – Mitigation code has been created and the Reupload of affected products has been started. Please allow up to 24- 48 hrs for the affected products to be fully updated on the BigCommerce Store.
9/1/2021 7:30AM MT-Issue Identified effecting Manufacturers who do not report quantities and the associated product being invisible on the storefront.
9/1/2021 9:30AM MT – A code fix has been implemented and is being pushed to all showrooms and should start seeing the number of visible products rise immediately. Please allow up to 1 business day for all items affected to be visible again on the storefront.
