Product Image Update

4/26 – Image issue discovered and tickets put in to trace issue.
4/28 – Traced issue to data provider security settings blacklisting API calls causing images to be deleted on product update
4/29 – BC API calls whitelisted and Individual Product Images Re-Uploaded and fixed
4/30 – Tickets submitted to figure out why Images are not displaying on search and category pages after being re-uploaded
5/3-5/7 – Follow up on tickets and more trouble shooting on image issue for category and search pages
5/10 – Solution Received
5/11- Solution Distributed (Reload of all thumbnailed images for each store)
5/12 – Issue resolved

Product Families Can Now Be Accessed Easily In Two Places!

If a family is provided in the data feed then this button will display along with the title of the product family (See image) Both of these new links will now redirect to a page where you can easily sort items from the same family. If you notice certain items are displaying when they shouldn’t verify the “product family” in additional details. If this value is wrong please contact your data provider to fix the item / collection / vendor in question.
