Enabling IMAP Holidays in Lights America

IMAP Holidays are now able to be fed directly into the BigCommerce Catalog.

Requirements:

• Lights America Data Feed
• BigCommerce Catalog

Cost:

• Included with $500 data feed migration fee
• $100 if added after data migration or for a one time price update (promotion turned on after promotion start date)

Important Notes:

• Ensure IMAP Holidays have been selected before the active promotion. Example if a vendor is having an IMAP Holiday between Feb 1st and Feb 29th the Holiday must be selected in Light America by January 31st.
• If you are using the sale attribute field in the data feed, the IMAP holiday functionality will replace that. Meaning sale attributes will no longer display a banner due to code conflicts.
• It can take 12-24 hours for the sale to become active/inactive on the store.

Steps

1. Contact Tracy Riley to add the necessary code to the theme to allow sale prices.
2. Choose a display type for the sale banner
   • Circle Example
   • Sash Example
3. Turn on IMAP holidays for the vendors you would like to display in the backend of Lights America before the promotional period becomes active.
   If you want to participate in an active promotion please let Tracy Riley so we can manually run the update.
